  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 14 days.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service charge.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Liability & Service Guarantee

  • We strive for high-quality service, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property or landscaping.
  • If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will attempt to resolve the issue.
